
The delegation of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Republica Democratia de Timor Leste visited ISI Yogyakarta on May 24th, 2016 to meet and discuss any possibilities for establishing the Academy of Arts and Culture. There were four delegates consisting of the Director of Arts and Culture, the Head of Education Development, and staffs of Finance Department.
The discussion was intended to learn supporting details of the requirements to build the new academy from the Indonesian perspectives, and have valuable inputs in all matters concerning to the proposed plan of establishing the new academy in Timor Leste. The establishment plan is supported by the government of Republica Democratia de Timor Leste in which the involving institution to support it will be ISI Yogyakarta as the model. The delegation was accepted by the Vice Rector for Students Affairs as the representative of Rector, and they met and discussed all possibilities with all deans at ISI Yogyakarta and Unit of International Affairs ISI Yogyakarta.
