Yogyakarta, October 21, 2024, a sharing session IFD#4 was held at the Ajiyasa building, ISI Yogyakarta, 1st floor, organized by the DMKB study program ISI Yogyakarta.
IFD is a DMKB activity that is held every year. IFD has entered its 4th year with the theme “Navigating the Future Understanding Trend Forecasting Fashion”. The series of activities consist of a fashion show and a sharing session.
The fashion show event has been held with the student RoA activity on June 2, 2024 at Jogja City Mall. This fashion show showcases the works of Final Project students by displaying 6 fashion looks. Meanwhile, the sharing session event was held on October 21, 2024 with two speakers, namely Yuliana Fitri or known as “Uly” who is the Founder and designer of CV. Asti Reswara Nata, and “Aruna Creative” Ecosystem Fashion Wastra Brand “, the second speaker is a lecturer from Lassale Singapore, namely Lindya Chrisfens.
The theme of IFD # 4 is about the Forecast trend in the Fashion sector in 2025, trying to analyze and identify patterns of change that occur in consumers, culture, and things that will later affect the fashion sector. In addition, there are observations on the increase in a brand or the use of environmentally friendly materials in the fashion world.
The purpose of the discussion is to increase knowledge, insight, and develop student innovation in their work which can later be implemented in the fashion works of DMKB FSRD ISI Yogyakarta students.
