Unit of International Affairs and Faculty of Visual Arts, ISI Yogyakarta proudly held the International Joint-Seminar of Eco Art and Workshop of three institutions; ISI Yogyakarta, Silpakorn University, Thailand, and Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. This event was the first agenda of joint-seminar and workshop initiated by ISI Yogyakarta. Unit of International Affairs got the grant to hold the activities from Directorate General of Higher Education in maintaning the partnership programs with overseas partner. Hopefully, the following agenda will be organized to develop the partnership programs of three insitutions and give fruitful impact to academic members.
The speakers of Joint-Seminar were: 1. Dr. Suastiwi, M.Des (ISI Yogyakarta), 2. Drs.Anusapati, M.F.A (ISI Yogyakarta), 3. Prof. Dr, Ponimin Amin (UiTM Malaysia), 4. Dr.Veerawat Sirivesmas (Silpakorn University Thailand). The art workshops were held at Department of Fine Arts and Department of Craft on November 25th, 2015. Prof. Dr. Ponirin Amin gave the art workshop of Eco Art to students of Fine Arts Department and Dr. Veerawat Sirivesmas gave the art workshop to students and lecturers of Craft Department.
