Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia. As part of ASEF’s Young Leaders Programme and its contribution to student mobility in ASEM countries, ASEF will organise the 19thASEF Summer University on “Sustainable Urbanisation in Heritage Cities” from 9-21 August in Pune, India. ASEF partners are Symbiosis International University, the Indian Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) and the Indian Ministry of External Affairs. The 2-week project offers an exciting programme which fuses lectures, workshops & trainings as well as a hack-a-thon where the participants will jointly develop physical & digital prototypes, social impact models and business plans.
ASEF has just launched the Open Call for Application and warmly invites students from all academic fields to apply. We would be very happy to see a number of applications from Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia and would highly appreciate it if you could kindly share this Open Call (attached) with your university networks and students associations, and post it on your website. The deadline for application is Tuesday, 30 June 2015. The organisers will grant a financial subsidy that covers transportation (flight, local transportation, visa fees, etc.). In addition, accommodation and meals will be provided throughout the project period.
