Design along with business studies is the most popular area of study for Indonesians wishing to study in the UK at undergraduate level. The expansion of the middle class and increasing demand for stylish and well designed products, and Indonesia’s long standing creative talent in art, design and textiles will continue to fuel opportunity and growth in this area. Indonesian universities are very keen to establish relationships with UK counterparts as the UK is seen as a leading influence on many areas of design. This event will introduce UK universities to suitable partners and allow for initial discussions which over coming month can be developed into productive relationships in areasvof teaching and or research.
